MANUFACTURER FIELD GUIDE / OFFICIAL SOURCES

Clow / Brigadier / McAvity

Clow Canada’s catalogue and manuals provide the shared source path for Brigadier models and legacy McAvity identification. These names are kept together here to avoid presenting the same technical source as three unrelated designs.

MODEL IDENTIFICATION

Read the markings.
Confirm the variant.

Record the year and model casting, body shape, flange details and configuration. The reviewed Brigadier manual contains identification pages and a separate interchangeability table; neither a trade name nor an external resemblance proves compatibility.

Specification context

Use the exact submittal for the installed model, inlet and outlet arrangement. The catalogue’s M67 and monitor-style entries have separate drawings. The M67 bolted-body-cap material list is not a universal list for older McAvity assets.

THREE NAMES / A CONNECTED DOCUMENT PATH

Clow

Start with the Canadian catalogue for model and configuration resources. The live product directory is distinct from the historical service manual.

Brigadier

The reviewed manual covers M67/M93 Brigadier identification and component information. Match the actual casting and year before selecting the assembly.

McAvity

Legacy McAvity M67 identification and interchangeability information appears in the same manual. Older markings do not establish that a current kit fits.

Photographs, exploded drawings and manuals remain at the source. FourPoint does not reproduce manufacturer artwork or imply manufacturer affiliation. No separate technical bulletin has been verified for this entry; ask the manufacturer about updates for the asset.
