PRIVACY INFORMATION / REVIEW COPY
A clear view
of your information.
How this website handles enquiries, content and administrator access. The operating policy and retention arrangements require owner approval before public launch.
What the enquiry tools do
The forms prepare an enquiry draft. Online delivery is disabled. If you choose to check a draft with the local website server, it processes the supplied fields to validate them and returns an explicit not-sent response. This application does not save those form fields or send them by email.
Abuse prevention
The server uses short-lived form tokens, an empty-field bot check and temporary in-memory request counts by network address. These records are used for rate limiting and expire automatically. A production proxy or hosting provider may keep separate access logs; its configuration must be reviewed before launch.
Email and phone links
Opening an email link hands the draft to your own email application. You decide whether to send it. Any message you send is handled by the recipient's email service and needs an owner-approved retention and privacy process.
Analytics and storage
This implementation contains no analytics or advertising tracker. Authorized content administrators use an account and an HttpOnly, SameSite session cookie. Public review submissions do not require an account. Form drafts stay in page memory and disappear when the page is reloaded or closed. Your browser may manage its own autofill information.
Projects and customer reviews
Customer reviews are saved in a private moderation database with the supplied display name, optional company, rating, text, consent and submission time. Only approved reviews appear publicly. Administrator uploads and project drafts stay private until publication. Uploaded images are re-encoded to remove embedded metadata; visible sensitive information must still be reviewed by a person. General locations and project months are displayed instead of precise site addresses and dates.
Deletion hides project/review records from the website and retains them privately for owner recovery. Deleting an individual image removes its stored image data. The owner must approve a retention/purge policy and privacy process before public launch. Contact admin@fourpointfire.com to discuss correction or withdrawal.
Publishing and application releases
The owner CMS stores private drafts, article/service text, uploaded images, contact updates, metadata and app release records. Only explicitly approved or preapproved scheduled material is published. APK packages stay private until signature verification and owner approval; no Android release is presently offered. Published release pages must describe the application’s own privacy and permissions separately from this website.
Before publication
Owner review required: legal entity, privacy contact responsibilities, hosting/access-log settings, actual email handling and retention, and any future enquiry-delivery provider. This is an implementation notice, not a completed legal compliance policy.
